Job description:
1.Preparing documents/application in English/Chinese for our clients
2.Assist foreign account manager for checking policy, process, documentation, etc
6 reporting and keeping records of the completed tasks;
8.liaising and coordinating work of business department and our agencies.
9.Visiting client office when required
10 Master business knowhow in below fields:
-Corporate formation (FDI)
-Change of registrations (FIEs)
-Company liquidation and winding-up
-Representative office deregistration
-Foreign and domestic M&A
-Accounting and Tax service and consulting
-HR service
Requirement:
1. Analytical thinking
2. Communication skills
3. Self-organization skills
4. Keep calm and be tough
5. At least1 years corporate consulting experiences in the same or similar professional field
6. Bachelor degree in English or other related field
7. TEM-8 certificate
8. New graduated with good capability is also considerable.
