Associate Product Manager （高级产品工程师）

The Associate Product Manager will help develop pricing strategy for product lines and ensure that that strategy is carried out with day-to-day pricing requests from Sales and Customer Service. The Associate Product Manager will facilitate releasing and extending P/Ns (part number) in SAP as needed to support business growth. They will also facilitate necessary PCNs for product changes and obsoletions.

The Associate Product Manager will ensure timely responses to sales and customers for technical product inquiries, proposals, and other required information. The Associate Product Manager will support sales growth by working with Marketing Communications to develop appropriate sales collateral, marketing materials, and training materials for products lines and support successful new product launch activities.

About the Job

Revenue & Profitability Growth – 25%
? Support product line revenue and margin goals
? Support Sales to execute sales plan and realize revenue goals
? Perform regular win/loss analyses of business opportunities
? Conduct regular product line reviews to identify growth and loss trends
? Support Operations with product line forecasts
Pricing – 20%
? Handle daily pricing quote requests
? Support annual price list initiatives for business units
? Manage price erosion
Customer Support – 20%
? Respond to technical support request and work with Engineering as needed
? Work with Operations to expedite deliveries as needed
? Coordinating Ｏn quality complaints with Quality team
? Review Sales new collateral requests
Product Lifecycle – 20%
? Support new product project phase reviews and prepare financial justifications
? Facilitate SAP new P/N releases and other system administration
? Organize and publish Product Change Notifications (PCNs) as needed
Data Maintenance & Analysis – 15%
? Regular website content reviews for relevancy and accuracy
? Work with Market communication Team Ｏn product datasheet creation and revisions
? Manage product cross reference information
? Manage SAP Business Warehouse reports creation as needed
? Fluency in Chinese and English languages (written / spoken)

About You

? Education: Bachelor or university degree, Major in Engineering or related
? Five to seven years of experience
? Good command of English both in writing and oral
? Deep knowledge of product management
? Experience with global manufacturing companies preferred
? Advanced knowledge in MS Office
? Strong analytical skills
? Strong communication skills
? High attention to detail
