JOB DUTIES:
Manage cost-effective office functions for cafeteria services, shuttle bus commute, uniforms delivery, stationery, and etc. Demonstrate good judgment, displays high degree of integrity and achieve results within budget and On time. Control the fixed assets and organize a proper record of the fixed asset and portable property.
- Annual admin budget control and supplier management.
- Cafeteria Management - coordinate with cafeteria team to ensure high level of hygiene and food and services are provided.
- Arrange the shuttle bus and the daily routes.
- Organize the uniform daily delivery.
- Provide office stationery demand collection and distribution.
- Respond to lobby receipt requests.
- Employee activity design and organization.
- Evaluate the suppliers’ performance to drive continues improvement action for employee experiences and engagement enhancement.
- PO releasing, payment settlement in SAP reception and cost analysis and management.
- Control the fixed assets and organize a proper record.
- Employee may also be responsible for performing other job duties occasionally as assigned.
- Limited travel required (Less than 5% of working time).
BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE: The position requires familiarity with an office environment, knowledge of strong analytical skills. Experience with personal computers is essential. The position typically requires college degree or equivalent experience. In addition, three to five years of job-related experience are typically required. Good human relations skills are required to develop a cooperative work relationship with others inside and outside the Office. Excellent customer service awareness, strong sense of responsibility, can do attitude, creative and being independent. Fluent speaking and good commands in reading & written English, CET-4 or above.
