测试工程师-FCT

Responsibilities:

1. Understand the customer’s test requirement, develop the test solution for new products
2. Assist in the development of detailed Test Specifications with Design Engineers
3. Manage the introduction of new products into production including testability and manufacturability. Modify existing test hardware/software to support new products
4. Develop, maintain and control test program and processes for production test
5. Interact with global counterpart to ensure product quality compliance and technical issues follow up.
6. Perform DFT, provide test coverage report.
7. Line supporting.
8. Draft and Complete test procedure release and necessary training before mass production start.
9. Maintain and ensure all the test instrument in proper state to ensure the production smooth going
10. Check the spare test parts and raise Purchase Requisition for the test instruments Ｏn demand.
11. Debug and analysis test failures, make suggestions for yield rate improvement.
12. improve existing test equipment to increase throughput、 quality and coverage
13. Provide technical guide for technician Ｏn test and debugging
14. Control the introduction of Engineering change Notes in accordance with Quality Procedures.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor or above degree in Electronic Engineering or related
2. over 3 year working experience in Test or RD
3. Solid knowledge base for electrical circuits, it is the key requirement
4. Skillful use of various electrical instruments
5. Familiar with Ｏne software: LabView or VB.
6. Good writing and oral English
