Major Accountabilities:
1. Identify quality risk and continuously monitor quality KPIs.
识别质量风险,监控并持续改善质量指标。
2. Handle abnormal alarm of production line, raise MRB of internal quality issue to analysis the reasons for defects, and made improvement plans.
处理生产线异常报警,提出内部质量问题MRB,分析缺陷原因,制定改进计划。
3. submit PPAP documents for customer approval; Inform customer about ECR change.
提交PPAP文件并得到客户批准。
4. Implement containment actions immediately at customer side and internal plant when customer complaint happened.
当发生客户投诉时,立即对客户端及内部实施应对。
5.Investigate customer returns and submit 8D report to customer.
分析客户端不良并提供8D报告。
6. Collecting and reporting monthly report of customer complaints.
负责客户投诉月报的整理和汇报。
Key Required Qualification:
1.Bachelor degree or above, major in Science and Engineering is preferred.
本科及以上学历,理工科及电子、机械工程专业优先。
2. 2 years’ quality experience;electronics industry is preferred.
2年质量经验, 电子行业优先。
3. Familiar with IATF16949 and other quality management system and tools.
熟悉IATF16949及相关质量管理体系和管理工具。
4. CET 4 or above, basic written and spoken in English.
英语四级以上,基本的读写及口语交流。
