1. Coordinate the new customer project (normal application) launch process in plant, including plant related APQP/PPAP process activity.

2. Create project launch timing plans for plant and ensure all milestones in the time plan can be met.

3. Maintain eLSR tool and follow-up open issues/change topics implementation during launch management progress.

4. Ensure effective internal communication via regular launch meetings with plant launch team members.

5. Provide and summarize responsible project info. into launch status review meetings with plant management level as needed.

6. Leading coordination for customer audits/visits during new project launch period.

7. Document record according to BU/Plant NPL procedure requirement and assure fulfillment of quality management requirements and IATF auditing.

8. Assure that all relevant launch deliverable is available by all relevant departments in the plant and support HQ in place as well (e.g., PLC Gate Review).

9. Maintain close contact (e.g., regular IPT meeting / PRM) with customer project managers and other functions in HQ.

10. Communicate plant requirements or restrictions to customer project managers for optimized manufacturing, for example timing restrictions.

11. Other duties as assigned by director

Job Requirement

1. >3 years relevant working experience, bachelor degree and above, or >4 years relevant working experience, college degree and above

2. Have related experience in project development

3. Knowledge or release procedures in automotive industry would be beneficial

4. Good organizational and communicational skills

5. Ability to work in a team, to communicate, assertiveness, skill in negotiations

6. Worked in international team, or Cooperation with global team, or participate in cross location/country projects, and etc.

7. Foreign language ability (good in oral and written English). German/Japanese is a plus.
