Job Desc
1. Handle customer complaint and improve quality performance at customer side
2. Coordinate failure analysis and countermeasures
3. Maintain good relationship with customers and increase customer satisfaction
4. Support APQP activities and perform as contact window to customer in Engineering Change Process.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor/College or master’s degree in engineering
2. Minimum 1 year experience in quality area, customer quality related preferred
3. APQP or project management experience
4. Leadership for problem solving and customer complaint handling
5. Good English skills (spoken and written)
