ADAS Electronics Engineer _ 电子硬件工程师

Job Tasks:

1. Supports hardware topics in quote phase.
2. If assigned as HWLE, Plans, manages and drives all hardware activities according to customer/internal milestones, required scope and quality.
3. If assigned as HWLE, manages and drives the Hardware team to achieve the project goals in terms of scope, timing and quality.
4. Leads Hardware relevant requirements engineering from initial analysis through test execution.
5. Tracks the optimization of new/existing designs in order to reach improve cost and manufacturability (design to cost).
6. Releases the PTS package and ensures PTS change management within the application project.
7. Ensures hardware key component availability for prototype builds.
8. Leads Hardware relevant issue resolution including planning, monitoring, driving closure and ensuring successful Ｏn time execution.
9. Ensures Hardware test execution according to project and process requirements, Monitors and reports status within the project team, Drives Ｏn time execution.
10. Prepares and performs Hardware releases to ensure all necessary activities are performed and the required release documents are available for the final release by the release manager(s).
11. Performs HW test according to HW test specification and document the results.
12. Maintains test equipment and tools.
13. Independently reports test status, technical risks, and problems.
14. Plans and tracks tests (esp. test goals, test objects, test efforts, resources and schedules).
15. Calculates test coverage.
16. Specifies tests based Ｏn requirements, standards, and regulations.


Job Requirements:

1. Project management skills (incl. effort / cost estimation, project planning).
2. Requirements engineering skills (e.g. collection, verification, prioritization).
3. Good development process knowledge especially in the HW design area.
4. Knowledge in design to cost (DTC) (manufacturing, components, technology).
5. Knowledge in FMEA process.
6. HW Design experience.
7. Knowledge of Simulation and Worst Case Analysis Tools.
8. Good communication skills.
9. English Conference Skill and English Writing Capability.
