Job Description & Summary:
Responsibilities:
Communicated with customers and product managers to understand software requirements and R&D objectives;
Responsible for the design of software products, including functional design and data model design, focusing On the user experience and interaction design of software;
Complete the preparation of technical documents for software products;
Responsible for the architecture design and research and development of software products, participated in the formulation of technical routes and standards, completed technical pre-research work, and built relevant development DEMO cases;
Responsible for or involved in the development and implementation of functional codes;
Cooperate with quality control management and product release process management to continuously improve software product quality;
Participated in the preparation of application system development specifications and the promotion of specifications. Guide software engineer in software development and assist in solving problems encountered in work;
Pay close attention to the latest developments in the industry, have strong technical innovation ability, and can bring new technology, new knowledge and new ideas to members.
与客户方、产品经理交流,理解软件需求与研发目标;
负责软件产品的设计,包括功能设计、数据模型设计,注重软件的用户体验、交互设计;
完成软件产品配套的技术文档的编写;
负责软件产品的架构设计和研发,参与制定技术路线与标准,完成技术预研工作,搭建相关开发DEMO案例;
负责或参与功能代码的开发实现;
配合质量控制管理、产品发布过程管理,不断提升软件产品质量;
参与编制应用系统开发规范,推广规范。指导软件工程师的软件开发,协助解决工作中遇到的问题;
关注行业最新动态,具有较强的技术创新能力,能给成员带来新技术、新知识、新理念。
Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above, major in computer or software, more than 5 years working experience in large-scale system development and function design;
Ability of software architecture design, including quick understanding of requirements, and drawing and designing software system architecture based On ideas such as layering, design model, service-oriented, object-oriented, and aspect-oriented;
Good documentation skills, communication and coordination skills;
Solid basic technical knowledge, comprehensive understanding of requirements, architecture, models, protocols, security, etc;
Good at formulating and optimizing specifications and standards related to technology at all stages of the software process;
Proficient in various open source projects, including Spring, SpringCloud, DubbO and MyBatis, as well as common open source components such as task scheduling, template presentation, memory management, workflow, etc;
Proficient in HTML, CSS, JSP, servlet, SQL, Web service and other programming skills, capable of quickly building enterprise-level application systems, fully considering all aspects of enterprise-level applications, including: Front-end presentation, back-end logic management, performance, caching, multithreading, security, transaction management, IO, asynchrony, messaging, job processing, rule configuration, etc;
Experience in the development of large mid-stage application system, experience in the development and management of JAVA development team is preferred.
计算机、软件相关专业本科及以上学历,5年以上大型系统开发、功能设计工作经验;
软件架构设计能力,包括对需求的快速理解,基于分层、设计模型、面向服务、面向对象、面向方面等思想,完成软件系统架构的勾画、设计工作;
良好的文档编制能力、沟通协调能力;
扎实的技术基础理论知识,对需求、架构、模型、协议、安全等都有较为全面的认识;
善于制定、优化软件过程各个阶段与技术相关的规范、标准;
精通各类开源项目,包括Spring、springcloud、dubbo、MyBatis,以及常见的开源组件有任务调度、模版展示、内存管理、工作流等;
熟练掌握HTML、CSS、JSP、servlet、SQL、web service等编程技能,具备快速搭建企业级应用系统的能力,充分考虑到企业级应用的各个方面,包括:前端展示、后台逻辑管理、性能、缓存、多线程、安全、事务管理、IO、异步、消息、作业处理、规则配置等;
有大型中台应用系统开发经验者,有JAVA开发小组研发管理经验者优先考虑。
