Develop firmware for a variety of embedded products. You will create project and technical reports as required and help define product architecture as needed. You will participate in schematic review process and test and evaluate prototypes from initial engineering samples to mass production. You will help maintain firmware servers and develop tools for internal use, including scripts and basic hardware interfaces. Aid in the design and development of equipment and systems, and redesign of existing systems to fulfill the needs of Honeywell's customers.
Responsibilities
? Translating requirements/use cases into an embedded software/firmware design.
? Estimating work required to implement and test code to meet defined requirements.
? Writing efficient, high quality and maintainable C/C code using industry best practice and methodologies.
? Developing a suitable test strategy. Writing test suites and test cases.
? Testing code. Capturing and resolving issues.
? Communicating results, progress, and the solution.
Qualifications
? Computer Science, EE or related.
? Bachelor Above
? C/C embedded software development experience
? MCU related project development experience
? Linux driver and application development experience is preferred
? Good English language written and oral
? Able to work well in the face of tight deadlines and tough technical challenges
