Sr. FEA Engineer 高级有限元分析工程师

Responsibilities
? Identify the project scope and make an efficient analysis plan
? Estimate the analysis duration and optimized the procedure
? Conduct both liner and non-liner finite element analysis (FEA) through ANSYS, NX, or ADINA software to improve compressor components
? Work with Design Engineer and Product Engineer to determine feasibility of the new designs or design changes
? Provide classical calculations to verify results
? Learn new analysis theory and software
? Attend new technology meetings
? Handle new problems from production engineering
? Build up the special analysis procedure
? Developed database for new criterion
? Discuss with production engineering to get background and CAD model of project
? Provide professional technical recommendations to company product development
? Share knowledge with team member and provide training to junior engineers
Requirements
? Master’s Degree or above in Engineering Mechanics or Mechanical Engineering
? 3 years industrial analysis experience
? Knowledge of fatigue and failure analysis
? Solid experience Ｏn Ansys, ADINA, NX, Labview, N-Code, FE-safe
? Experience of compressor and refrigeration knowledge will be a plus
? Good project management experience will be a plus
