Lead APQP process as part of new product launches;

Coordinate technical reviews and assessments;

Develop supplier capabilities to meet Gestamp requirements;

Conduct Supplier Quality training at Suppliers;

Drive performance improvements to the established objectives at Suppliers;

Individual contributor;

Coordinate cross functional technical problem resolution at Supplier;

Scope of position will include a wide range of difficult problems;

Follows established procedures and best practices;

Review of work is based Ｏn technical judgment, overall adequacy and accuracy at predefined milestones.

3 plus years of Manufacturing or Engineering experience

University Diploma in related discipline or equivalent experience

Strong functional and technical Skills

Good communication and negotiation skill

English proficiency
