The Sourcing Expert is responsible for the execution of Indirect Procurement activities for sourcing requests within a specific region, country or large site. As a team member in the Regional Sourcing Center of Spend Management APAC team, this role is responsible for executing various day-to-day sourcing & procurement operation activities that ensuring maximum possible Procurement support.
You are responsible for
Lead indirect sourcing projects / activities for Professional Services & Financial Services & Tax categories in GC, including sourcing (RFP / RFQ), negotiating and contracting, to support business and fulfill stakeholder’s requirements.
Professional Services & Financial Services include consultancy services, legal services, financial services & financial audits, test & certification, insurance etc. Projects under this category usually affect the company strategies, financial audits, litigations, Philips products access permissions to markets, and also insurances to insure all employees, goods & business risks.
The key stakeholders are finance BPs, legal counsels (directors / sr. managers level), directors / sr. manager of Mergers Acquisitions & Business Development, head of Tax and Tax team, Quality & Regulatory, R&D etc.
This role requires the person has the capability to deal with suppliers from different industries, be agile to maintain relationships with varies kinds of stakeholders to complete the project targets under complex situations.
Maintain procurement systems & tools and ensure all sourcing activities are compliance with company policies & processes.
Closely work with category manager and deploy category strategy to Greater China region.
Manage relevant suppliers and continuously optimize supplier ba
Contribute to achieve procurement goal.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
University degree or above in the field of marketing and communications with 5-8 years of related experience
Experience working in multinational marketing and communications either in-house or first-class international agencies
Excellent written and spoken English
