Key Areas of Responsibility：

主要工作职责

1. Complete production tasks according to production planning

配合生产计划，完成生产任务

2. Obey and work strictly follow the management system in the workshop

遵守车间管理制度，并按照制度严格进行现场操作

3. Follow production process, and perform normative welding work

遵循生产工艺流程、进行规范的焊接工作

4. Actively perform preventive equipment maintaince, ensure the smooth manufacturing process

主动进行预防性维护及保养，保证生产正常运转

6. Coordinate with the line leader to improve efficiency and quality

配合主管的管理工作，提高生产车间效率与质量。

7. Ensure 6S and safety compliance

保证生产现场的6S和安全规范

Job Requirements & Skills

岗位要求

1. Be able to read and understand the drawings and technical documents.

能够阅读和理解图纸和支持文件。

1. Be able to use precise instruments.

   能够使用精密仪器。

2. Be able to perform TIG and MIG welding in high quality standard.

   能够进行高质量的TIG焊和MIG焊。

3. Be able to perform vacuum sealed TIG and MIG welding in high quality standard.

   能够进行高质量的真空密封TIG和MIG焊接

4. Be able to assemble and weld all kinds of magnets in different project phases.

   能够组装和焊接所有类型的磁铁在所有阶段的建设

5. Be able to identify the failures and perform appropriate rework.

   能够识别质量缺陷并根据需要返工

6. Be able to complete welding according to required quality standard.

   能够完成所有符合质量标准的焊接

7. Certified ASME and TUV for biolers and pressure vessels.

   通过ASME和TUV锅炉和压力容器代码认证

8. Be able to perform backfill welding for all welding points.

   能够对所有焊接位置进行回填

9. Good eyesight to well control welding puddle and perform high quality welding.

   有良好的视力，控制焊接水坑的大小，以实现高质量的焊接

10. English reading and writing ability.

    具备一定的英语读写能力

11. Hold welding certificate will be priority.

有焊工证的优先

1. College education, or above

大专及以上学历

1. 2~3 years experience in similar insdustry.

   有相关行业5到8年工作经验
