Senior Coil Development Engineer-MRI

Work with global experts at Best Netherland, Suzhou China and Gainesville US Ｏn MRI product development, from value to premium platforms. Lead development activities Ｏn MRI major components such as MRI patient table and table cover. Provide innovative solutions to improve reliability and user comfort.
You are responsible for
Lead product development Ｏn MRI major components, such as RF coils, Patient table or other devices for patient comfort, integrate ME and EE resource, give deliverables to PM Ｏn time.
Synchronize requirements within development team (including ME, EE and ID) and cross functional teams.
Lead product documents, such as Design Specification, Product Requirement, Design-FMEA, Risk Management File, eco-sustainability documents, regulation documents and other R&D related process documents.
Lead the continuous optimization and standardization Ｏn R&D related process documents. Work closely with ME and EE team to continuously collect lessons learned and update to best practices for further design optimization.
Work closely with Regulatory Affairs team to evaluate the feasibility to implement a new or an updated regulation or standard.
Ensure compliance with the corresponding processes, regulations and standards.
Support global registration from development perspective.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following
Background in engineering with a MS degree and minimum 3 year full-time working experience or a BS degree and 6 year full time working experience. Experience with project management and NPI development process.
Proficient in document management. Experience with ISO13485 in Medical Device field will be a plus.
