资深机械工程师Sr. Engineer Mechanical （苏州）

Problem investigation and trouble shooting with automated equipment.
Monitor working condition of machines.
Increase equipment performance, implement and modify machines.(such as MTTR,MTBF,OEE..)
Keep mechanical drawings up-to-date.
Organize, manage and assign tasks to technicians, provide technical training to technicians
Participate in TPM activity
Maintain safety stock system for spare parts, editing and coding spare parts
Support purchaser to develop and audit supplier and sub-contractor.


Requirements:

At least 3 years working experience Ｏn mechanical such as pneumatic, hydraulic systems.
Bachelor degree major in mechanical engineering.
Familiar with machine installation and commissioning.
Clear understanding of the principles control systems drawing.
Willing to accept challenge and be able to work under pressure. Familiar with MS office software and AutoCAD.
Good skill in English writing and reading.
Effective communication skills, ability to interact with diverse groups and individuals.
