Customer management
Making rolling 12-month demand according to customer forecast and sales data. Monitor customer’s performance, arrange customer delivery, ensure customer line run with least FG stock.

Supplier management
Arrange call-off from supplier, monitor supplier’s performance, ensure Schaeffler production run smoothly with least inventory. Escalate to Strategic purchasing or High level to get improvement.

Inventory management
Monitor the inventory of responsible material to keep the inventory in target
Summarize the slowing moving and dead stock timely to make sure the fresh stock

Airfreight cost management
Control and reduce the airfreight cost based Ｏn available stock to make sure production running smoothly

Knowledge share
Reflect quickly and solve the emergency case
Support the central logistic/finance/strategic purchase department Ｏn relative business
Support and take initiatives Ｏn Fit for Quality
Support and take initiatives Ｏn MOVE



Bachelor degree
Customer and material planning experience above 5-6 years
Strong pressure resistance
Good communication skill
High coordination ability
High responsibility
