Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for market plans, understanding customer hidden needs, offering value proposition analysis, service and total solution, recommend On future new market & products development.
- Be responsible for the new projects and business development, and personally in charge of key accounts and periodically submit business reports On project and customer basis, business development and competitors’ move.
- Work out annual sales budget plan, long-term sales planning and projections On both customers and products basis.
- Coordinate with production, customer services and QC department to ensure quick response to customer needs and to handle the effective customers complains settlement.
- Learning and apply 80/20 -- ITW management tools.
- Result focused – demonstrate ability to reach goals, accountability for results, demonstrated ability to manage through company network, assertive, clear notions of efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of work experience, as well as the experience in marketing and customer service management in related industry.
- Well developed influencing skills. Ability to get along well with diverse personalities. Concise, strong, mature, and flexible.
- Demonstrated strong ability to develop and implement business plans, manage the distributor and end users.
- Ability to work within fast growing and strong competition business and market environment.
- To do focus account management, decide the strategy to keep the end-users and maintain the good relationship with these end-users.
