主要任务与职责
Main tasks and responsibilities
- Finish assigned work Ｏn time with good quality and high productivity in pump assembly area.在确保产品质量及高效的前提下，按时完成指派的工作任务；
- Strictly follow up the manufacturing process document and standard working instruction in operation time.作业过程中严格遵守工艺文件和标准作业指导书；
- Follow up Nonconforming product control process to avoid bad quality product happened in daily work.遵守不合格产品控制程序以避免工作中次品的出现；
- Assist other Production Technicians with workload as required.根据需要协助其他焊接技术员完成工作；
- Participate and actively support company improvement initiatives such as Lean and 5S. Actively involve in Continuous Improvement (CIP) project.参与并积极支持公司的改善活动，比如精益生产和现场管理；积极参与到持续改进的项目中；
- All other duties as relevant to the post.要求的其它相关工作；

Qualifications
- Honest and positive ***.为人诚实、积极
- Hardworking and work under pressure.努力工作并能承受压力
- With grinding and/or detailing certification. 有打磨和/或抛光资质证书
- 3 years working experience in grinding and/or detailing industry.3年以上打磨相关工作经验
- Can read English drawing under guide.指导下可以看懂英文图纸
- Can strictly follow and implement process regulation.能够严格遵照和执行工艺规范
- Drawing read and tooling and mechanical device use skill.识图及工具使用技能
