设置该岗位的目的:
Purpose of the Job:
Act as the main contact person for customers during warranty period, responsible for warranty management by coordination relevant parties and resources including internal and external to solve issues in the warranty process to monitor and ensure the customer satisfaction, and also reasonable warranty cost.
作为项目质保过程中与客户的主要联系人,对项目质保期管理负责,即通过协调内部及外部相关部门以及资源来解决项目质保期过程中的各种问题,进而监控和确保客户的满意度,和合理的质保成本使用。
主要任务与职责
Main tasks and responsibilities
- To follow up On customer warranty claims during warranty period of project of SPSZH.
-负责工厂项目质保期内的客户的投诉处理工作。
- To keep good records of all warranty claims and find root cause of problems so this information can be passed Onto production to eliminate similar claims in the future, responsibility judgement together customer.
对所有质保投诉做好记录,并找到发生该问题的根本原因,以便避免将来类似情况发生在产品上,同时同用户一起判定投诉问题的责任;
- Conduct weekly warranty case review meeting, share lesson learned from typical warranty cases with SPSZH stakeholders.
每周召集月度客户投诉会议,并分享典型案例到工厂相关方;
- Lead time to create all warranty orders in SAP system and follow up the progress.
带领团队在SAP系统中创建质保订单并跟踪现场服务过程。
- Review warranty cases with all functions to fix the root cause as well as allocate proper ENC code by monthly basis.
与其他部门同事一起对每个月的客户投诉案例进行原因分析并分配相应的代码。
- To Complete tasks assigned by head of project department.
完成项目部经理安排的其他任务。
