Sr. Project Engineer/高级项目工程师

Main Tasks / 主要任务
1.Coordinates and tracks all activities of the project within CZSZ
协调工厂内部关于项目的各种活动
2.Ensure project completed under the agreed quality, time, cost and quantity
确保项目达到设定的时间，预算，质量目标
3.Reporting progress, raising risks to management
向管理层汇报项目进展与风险
4.Responsible to drive continues improvement in all manufacturing relevant processes
负责所有与制造相关的流程持续改进
5.Creatively use and leverage LEAN methodology and tools
创造性地使用和利用精益方法和工具
6.Initiating and leading cross functional teams Ｏn continues improvement projects to achieve the business goals
发起和领导的不同团队间的持续改善项目，以实现相关业务目标
7.In the lean manufacturing process, look for projects that improve the company's environment and track and push their implementation and validation efforts.
在精益生产推进过程中寻找改善公司环境的项目，并跟踪和推进其的实施和验证工作。
8.Other tasks assigned by supervisor
完成主管指派的其他事务

Education / 教育背景
B.S. /B.A. or above in Engineering, Industrial preferred or equivalent experience;
本科以上学历,机械或工业工程等相关专业

Experience /经验
* 8 Years’ experience in project management in international companies
8年以上跨国公司生产/工程项目管理经验
* 3 years hands Ｏn experience in lean manufacturing
3年以上精益生产经验
* Knowledge in new product introduction (eg. tasks as Process Flow, CoGS analysis), strong projects management skill to coordinate all necessary recourse for project
新产品导入方面的知识（例如，工作分解如工艺流程图，成本分析等），较强的项目管理协调能力
* Expert Ｏn lean tools and six-sigma concepts, including but not limited Toyota Kata, VSM and pull system
熟悉精益工具（丰田套路，VSM，拉动系统）和6西格玛工具
* Excellent analytical, problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills
优秀的分析，解决问题能力，人际交往和沟通技巧
* Ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external of the organization
能与组织内外的同事建立有建设性的良好工作关系
* Excellent spoken and written English
优秀的英语技能

Other skills /其他技能
* PC command and basic knowledge in Microsoft office tools and AutoCAD
熟悉微软常用软件以及AutoCAD
* Be prepared for working overtime at weekdays or even weekends
