生产主管

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
o Manage manufacturing floor for the performance of quality, productivity and cost control.
o Monitor the daily output report such as the planning/ WIP/output/quality, and weekly reports.
o Maintain and improve the LEAN Manufacture , including the 5S and ESD.
o Cross training management to get better flexibility of the staff.
o Control inventory to reduce the variances of the material in WIP.
o Monitor the performance score of the staff monthly.
o Participate in cost reduction initiatives.
o Review the production key measures: fulfillment, in process yield, rework, cycle time, scrap and overtime, also review the daily output report. Work together with Quality Engineers in Suzhou, MX and HQ to investigate yield and quality issues. Take the necessary corrective actions.
o Determine and document expectations for the team members by the performance score worksheets.
o Stocktaking with material group to control the martial lost and balances the custom book.
o Lead LEAN projects to improve the productivity and quality, reduce the cost.
o Cooperate with Manager and Quality Engineer to support the training systems and cross training projects.
o Environment and Safety requirement related.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1.Prefer to have college degree or above with a major in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
优先具有大专及以上学历，主修电气或机械工程。
2.Prefer to have minimum 3 years’ experience in hearing aid manufacture (or similar) as supervisor is required.
至少3年以上的助听器制造（或类似）管理经验。
3.Strong knowledge of microelectronic assembly manufacturing management and LEAN is desired required

5.Ability to be fluent in written and read in both Chinese and English
