To confirm and review the defect incoming material with related departments来料不合格品的确认及评审
To confirm and review the defect raw material and parts in process with related departments在线发现异常物料的原因分析及协调处理
To follow suppliers to do defect analysis and improvement负责监督供应商供货不良原因分析和整改;
To carry out supplier audit, and evaluate their quality management system and process capabilities负责按要求执行供应商审核，对供应商进行质量体系和过程能力评估;
To support related departments to develop and assess new parts and materials协助相关部门对新零件/材料的样品进行评价和承认;
To make sure a same quality criteria and inspection method ， and updated it continually 负责确保厂内和供应商检验方法和标准保持一致，并保持持续更新;
To support suppliers to improve their quality to reduce defect and reject rate协助采购部门推动供应商去改进质量、降低不良和退货;
To manage the QC and QC technician’s daily work 检验技术员和检验员的日常工作安排及督导
Market complaints caused by supplier parts to deal with and to deal with and improve follow up
供应商零件导致的市场投诉处理和改善跟踪
Summary and prepare the monthly report with material defect & supplier performance
定期收集并汇总材料不良信息和供应商质量表现的报告
Other tasks arranged by Quality manager完成质量经理委派的其它任务


Requirements:
1. Engineering Bachelor degree, mechanical engineering background is preferred.
2. Experience: Min 2 years related working experience as Quality Engineer, mechanical field: machining, casting, assembly preferred.
3. Good command of written and spoken English and MS-Office.
4. Good command of Quality tools application basic, be familiar with quality system.
5. Be familiar with mechanical drawing.
