Work Responsibilities:
? Manage, organize recruitment activities according to business requirements and recruitment plan
? Maintain and improve recruitment channels per HR strategy
? Drive or support campus recruitment and employer branding activities
? Provide professional recruitment consultation and suggestion to departments
? Make or support HR recruitment reports according to recruitment KPI
? Maintain HR professionalism and comply with HR policy in recruitment process
? Strictly follow and comply with all the rules and regulation On DB Schenker Compliance Guideline.
Skills Required:
? Good problem solving and analytical skills
? Excellent in English skill in both reading, writing and speaking
? Proficient of PowerPoint and software application
Experience and Qualifications:
? 3-5 years working experience in HR, and 2 years recruitment experience is must.
? Bachelor’s degree or above, major in HR/Management or other related subjects is preferred
? Highly developed passive recruiting skills, strong project management skills
? Excellent counseling, negotiation, interpersonal skills
? Resourceful and creative mindset to develop and execute On the recruitment plan
? Task-oriented & independently work for responsibility & team pla
