Senior Industrial Engineer

Your Tasks:
1.As a coordinator or leader to implement the productivity improvement project by application of lean tools such as standard work/TPM/5S/standard time and provide some lean trainings.
2.SAP routing maintenance/KPI maintenance such as OEE, CT, Performance overall.
3.Coach the Engineer and technician in the use of Lean tools to drive significant operation results.
4.Provide the support such as time study/CT/layout to other dept. to improve the operation.
5.Drawing the plant/ product layout and optimize the layout with good productivity.
6.TPM roll out and ESD related job in plant.

Your Skills:
1.Bachelor's degree.
2.More than 5 years working experience, with 2 years in electronics manufacturing plant.
3.3 years' experience of Industrial engineering and Lean or 6 Sigma.
4.Fluent in Oral and Written English.
