Job Summary
?Maintain and optimize production process standards
?Overall responsible for Line performance (OEE, IDC, productivity…) after SOP
?New product/project introduction specific preparation
Job Responsibilities
?Responsible for line performance after SOP, such as OEE, IDC, productivity… (cooperation with MOE internal and TEF
4)
?Maintain production process to keep machine running steadily, and responsible for updating and improving all standards of the line
?Lead problem solving process of technical issues impacting line performance (OEE, IDC, Productivity…)
?Make CIP for operation and quality, reduce manufacturing cost, improving quality and satisfying customer’s requirements
?New product and project introduction specific preparation, e.g feasibility evaluation of equipment/fixture related to new product (project).
?Fully experience for Staking/Congnex camera /screwing process
?other assignments from supervisor
