Package design, package management, cost plan, improvement project for components & finish goods
1. Collect customer requirements On logistics and make internal logistics standard
2. Assist business department to quote logistics cost On new projects
3. Packaging design and release for components, finish good, support semi-FG package design from production.
4. Package BOM set up in system, and PFEP management
5. Package cost plan and monitor
6. Lead the packaging improvement projects (Cost, design, process, etc.)
7. Support logistic quality issue analysis, lead the issue solving if related with package design or quality
8. Other relevant tasks assigned by manager
职位要求:
Education:Bachelor degree or above in package design or mechanical engineering or logistic management
Experience:>3 years of package management experience
Knowledge/Skills:
1. Knowledge the character and market price situation of different packaging material.
2. Knowledge about different test standard.
3. Good in problem solving skill, eg. 5why, 8D, etc.
4. Be familar with microsoft offcie, basic SAP handling skill
5. Cross function communication and conflict management is required.
6. Good mindset for quality ,cost and CIP
7. Good project management skills
8. Ability to work under pressure
