Job Summary:
This Machining Maintenance Engineer mainly focus Ｏn maintenance, trouble shooting, spare part management in machining center area.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Solve machine problem with systematic methodology to increase output and OEE. E.g. 8D, KT, 5Why, or Fish bone.
2. Lead continuous improvement project to reduce CT, IDC and Changeover loss and achieve cost down.
3. Responsible for spare part stock tracking, ordering and related optimization Lead new equipment investment project.
4. Train and coach maintenance technicians to develop their competence.
5. Machine TPM
6. Machine and Process capability study.
7. Utilize and develop digitization tool and methodology to realize the digitization and I

8. Other tasks assigned by superior.
