Main Responsibilities 主要职责
1. Sales order processing and delivery arrangement in system for customer to ensure OTD achieved 系统销售订单及交货安排处理确认OTD的达成
2. Proactive communicate and coordinate with tollers, plant, 3rd logistics supplier, and relative parties to achieve OTIF 主动和相关方如代加工厂,工厂,第三方物流等沟通以确保OTIF的达成
3. Obtain and analyze sales forecast and demand, support product and material plan, monitor and contribute to optimize inventory structure 获取和分析销售预测及需求、支持产品和物料计划,监控和优化库存结构
4 . Lead the execution of some specical SCM related projects(Inventory control, forecast VS orders analysis & how to avoid air freight, SAP SD process optimiztion etc) to improve the flexibility of supply 主导一些供应链相关专案(库存控制,预测分析,避免空运, SAP 流程优化等)的执行提高供应的灵活性
5. Coordinate to handle customer complain for higher customer satisfaction. 协调处理客户投诉,以提高客户满意度
6. Invoice and payment follow up, and documents management (quotation, contract). 付款跟踪及文件管理(报价、合同)
7. Other tasks appointed by manager. 主管指派的其他任务
Requirements 岗位要求
1. College degree or above本科以及以上学历
2. Active work attitude 积极的工作态度
3. Over 3 years with related working experience like logistics / Automotive is preferred. 至少三年以上相关工作经验, 如物流,或汽车行业
4. Well communication/coordination skills 良好的沟通及协调能力
5. Team work/collaboration 团队合作精神
6. Fluent English 英语流利
7. SAP handle experience is preferred 熟悉SAP操作
8. Good time and emotional management. 良好的时间及情绪管理能力
