质量工程师 （Quality Engineer）

• Responsible for the maintenance of the ISO9001 system, the preparation, analysis and finishing of quality documents; the formulation and implementation of quality plan 负责ISO9001体系的维护，质量文件的编制、分析、整理；质量计划的制定、实施

• Responsible for external incoming materials, internal quality control of the factory, and handling of quality issues. 负责外部来料、工厂内部质量的控制、质量问题的处理

• Responsible for handling customer complaints, tracking the handling of quality issues until the problem is resolved, investigation of post-sale complaints, analysis of causes and improvement measures. 负责处理客户投诉，跟踪质量问题的处理直至问题解决；售后投诉的调查、原因分析及改善措施拟。

• Responsible for the collection, feedback and statistics of quality information. 负责质量信息的收集、反馈、统计

• Analyze quality trends, master quality conditions, take measures to improve and improve product quality; in case of quality problems, timely analysis, control of non-conforming products, and take corrective and preventive measures. 分析质量趋势，掌握质量情况，采取措施进行改进、改善产品质量；一旦出现质量问题应及时分析，对不合格品进行控制，采取纠正和预防措施

• Participate in quality training for employees and guide the work of inspectors. 参与对员工进行质量培训及指导检验员的工作

职位要求：

• A Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical related majors. 本科及以上机械类相关专业

• More than 3 years of experience in quality management of mechanical manufacturing plants, familiar with general machining processes. 3 年以上机械制造工厂质量管理工作经验，熟悉一般机械加工工艺

• Be proficient in using relevant quality tools to analyze problems and solve problems. 能够熟练使用相关质量工具分析问题并解决问题

• Experience with customer complaint handling. Have good communication skills. 具有客户投诉处理的经验。具有良好的与人沟通能力

• Familiar with ISO9001 system, understand the maintenance and improvement of ISO9001 system. 熟悉ISO9001体系，懂得ISO9001体系的维护及完善

• Skilled office software. 熟练office办公软件

• Have good communication skills and team spirit 具有良好沟通能力及团队合作精神

• Ability to read and write English materials, regular speaking sessions. 能读、写英文资料，常规的口语会话。
