Assistant Finance Manager - ISC SuZhou West plant

Purpose of Role：
As Finance business partner of SuZhou West plant, Assistant Finance Manager - ISC SuZhou West takes charge of all costing related tasks to assist management team to understand the performance of local operation team, the variance & bridge between operational plan and actual landing. Also the postion has the responsibility to give constructive recommendations how to optimize conversion cost based Ｏn the data collection and analysis.

Main Responsibilities:
1. In charge of the costing ledger and inventory management to ensure that all movements are booked correctly.
2. To prepare monthly financial KPI package as part of regional operation KPIs including conversion cost, loss rate, Cost Bridge, etc. 3. Look after internal transfer price, assist finance manager to track the mark up rate trend in order to compliant with the requirement of tax authority.
4. Calculate NPD cost based Ｏn current products, maintain/update IBR data in system periodically
5. Take charge in annual budget building and quarterly rolling forecast based Ｏn business environment changes, including material usage plan, give explanations Ｏn major changes.
6. To help CI & Operation team identify & track productivity project in plant, verify actual saving for finance perspective.
7. To support the plant management team in IL6S project by loss reduction & line crew optimization.
8. Other tasks assigned by Finance manager.

Job Requirements:
1. 3 years’ experience in costing analysis
2. Familiar with manufacturing value chain
3. SAP operating experience is required 4. Lean & 6Sigma knowledge is preferred
5. Fluent English both in oral and written
6. Good sense in business controlling and compliance
