SMT测试技术员

本职位需要翻班，分白班和夜班
1. Improve the coverage and pass rate of test equipment such as SPI/AOI/ICT/XRAY/FCT. 改善SPI/AOI/ICT/XRAY/FCT等测试设备的覆盖率并提高通过率.
2. Routine maintenance and erection of test equipmenty. 测试设备日常维护及机台架设.
3. Equipment daily inspection and machine maintenance execution. 设备日常点检及机台保养执行.
4. Follow up and reduce test machine downtime 跟踪及降低设备故障时间
5. Preliminary analysis and confirmation of defective products. 对不良品进行初步分析确认
6. Assist engineers to participate in the installation of new equipment and new machinery. 协助工程师参与新设备和新机器的安装。
7. Improve abnormal machines based Ｏn test data to improve test yield and efficiency. 根据测试数据对异常机台进行改善,提升测试良率及效率.
8. Fulfill the obligations established in Labor Health and Safety Rules. 履行劳工健康安全条例中规定的职责.
9. Support shift’s work in time. 及时支持现场轮班维修工作.
10. Complete circuit fault debug independently. 能够独立完成设备电路故障的检修.
11. Other work arranged by the engineer. 工程师安排的其他工作.
