BD Supervisor/Manager, Auto OEM

BD & Engineering Supervisor is the leader of Account Technical/Product activities and the bridge between customer technical and PPG related departments. Focus Ｏn value creation and capture to support business organic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Be the PPG Technical representative for Central Engineering functions at the related OEMs
2. Develop and maintain customer intimacy with all levels of central engineering functions at the customer
3. Regular visits to customer plants in support of the account managers
4. Ensure transfer and awareness of related OEMs product specification and Voice of the Customer to all related PPG functions
5. Lead product approvals for all projects within the business plan.
6. Manage product improvement and cost reduction projects with PPG Product Management

Qualifications
? Bachelor degree, major in coating, chemical or automotive equivalent
? 3-5 years related working experience
? Strong logical thinking, attention to details
? Interest in technical and process
? Good communication and coordination skill
? Good command of English, both written and oral
