主要职责:
作为一名数字营销专员,你需要:
***限度地发挥爱思唯尔的数字营销影响,推动业务增长。
优化我们的社交媒体平台并发布内容
生成定期报告和分析,利用调查结果来改进内容和策略
寻求使用技术和工具的方法来提高营销项目的功能和用户体验
与部门负责人紧密合作,通过更多的主动性和数字渠道,高效的数字运营支持,使活动效果***化。
发挥专长和知识,独立领导营销活动,推动线索生成和客户参与。
与合作伙伴、客户、追随者互动,建立和管理Elsevier自有的社会渠道和社区。
资格要求
本科学士学位。
3年以上的社会媒体/数字营销管理经验。
在社交媒体/数字营销方面有可证实的成功案例。
有采购和管理内容开发和发布的经验。
出色的中英文沟通和写作能力。
非常注重细节,有出色的项目管理能力,并有能力同时兼顾多个项目。
有能力独立解决问题和处理疑问,作为有效的团队成员能够与各部门人员合作。
快速的学习能力,好奇心强,敢于尝试新事物,勇于接受挑战。
Key responsibilities
As a digital marketing specialist, you'll need to:
Maximize Elsevier’s digital marketing impact to drive business growth
?Optimize our Social media platforms and publish content
?Generate regular reports and analysis, use findings to improve content and strategies
?Seek ways to use technology and tools to enhance marketing program features and user experience
?Work closely with segment markers to maximum campaign results with more initiative & digital channels, efficient digital operation support.
?Bring expertise and knowledge to lead marketing campaign independently, to drive leads gen and customer engagement.
?Interact with partners, customers, followers to build & manage Elsevier Owned- Social Channel & Community
Qualifications
?Bachelor’s Degree.
?3+ years’ experience in social media/digital marketing management.
?Verifiable examples of social media/digital marketing successes and wins.
?Experience sourcing and managing content development and publishing.
?Outstanding communication and writing skills in both English and Chinese:
?Great attention to detail, excellent project management skills and with the ability to balance several initiatives simultaneously.
?Ability to solve issues and deal with queries independently, as effective team player able to collaborate with people across departments.
?A fast learner, curious, driven to try new things and take on challenges
