customer relationship supervisor

岗位职责:
?The main window to customer’s team including operations, planning, project and etc.
?Customer order fulfillment from receipt of the PO till delivery, and post-delivery operations like invoicing in system and so Ｏn;
?Program lifetime management with our NPI team till EOL;
?Work with internal team to ensure all the customer’s requirements are executed without missing;
?Boost customer relationships to secure current business, and explore more business through excellence of operations;
?Team management and cross-function coordination.

任职要求:
?Rich work experience in merchandising, order fulfillment, customer relationship management or the related from multi-national companies;
?Good English in speaking & writing, CET 6 or above, is a must;
?Know system like JDE or SAP;
?Willing to work under pressure and result-oriented;
?Team management experience required.
?Preference will be given to those with immediate availability
