岗位职责:
1. Coordinate sales & commercial team to build and maintain strong relationships for existing accounts and support business development
2. With knowledge of business processes in a large & multiple location manufacturing facility.
3. Responsible for team’s successful achievement of department KPI.
4. Leading team’s service excellence and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
5. Oversees the supervision of team personnel, which includes right work allocation, core selling activities performance, training and problem resolution.
6. Compose and optimize procedure and resource, take leading for project assigned by facilities.
7. Ensure smooth cascade and fulfillment of company policy and direction in all terms, keep good understanding and communication with cross function parties.
8. Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines.
9. Manage customer orders and logistics, work with operation team to assist schedule/quality/ inventory control and transportation to ensure customer satisfaction.
10. Solve billing problems and coordinate to ensure prompt collection of account receivables.
11. Manage customer complaint/voices, share experience and comments internally and provide best solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
12. Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
13. Give On site coaching to teammates and support to build up a deliverable high efficient team.
任职要求:
1. 8 years of experience in account management specifically in oversea market
2. Book industry is preferred.
3. Confident, responsible, initiative, outgoing, dynamic and ambitious
4. Proven leadership and ability to drive customer service teams
5. Fluent of written English, good at spoken English
6. Excellent communication, interpersonal & coordinating skill
6. Sound knowledge of Ms-Office software
