Major responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to PSS Sales & Marketing team;
Facilitate and prepare regular administration tasks (e.g. NOSTAS, Purchasing management, travel management)
Facilitate and prepare internal events/meeting (e.g. workshop, customer meeting, company event)
Proceed expense claims reports and payment requests;
Support PSS foreigner colleagues work and resident permits application;
Other assigned work by leader
Job requirements:
Bachelor degree in Administration, English or other related areas;
At least 1 years relevant working experience;
Familiar with MS office software, especially Excel and PPT.
Good command of both read and written English and Chinese.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
