Project Quality Manager

Job briefing
The mission of the BU DS QMiP is to ensure compliance all legal requirements, internal and external standards and regulations of new projects introduction. Support the PIT team members in the case of conflicts to ensure that critical voices from the team are considered, escalate the risk and non conformities to ensure the quality of new project.
The QMiP has a full responsibility to ensure the quality of new product, accountable for all complete product validation process, identifying / resolving project related Quality issues in the new project introduction process. QMiP work closely with project PIT team and coordinate quality related function(SQM, PQM, CQM,LAB) to involve all quality activities during new project introduction process. QMiP has a partly responsiblity Ｏn Quality insurance of mass production (Process and product inspection, Audits) and Technical complaint handling with supplier (8D)
Responsibility
New product / component introduction
a) Accountable for all complete product validation process
b) Developed and initiate standards and methods for inspection, testing, and evaluation.
c) Establish programs to evaluate precision and accuracy of production equipment and testing, measurement, and analytical equipment and facilities)
d) Accountable for Supplier processes, Production processes audits
e) Proving quality requirements in control planning
f) Facilitation of FMEA and other risk evaluation
g) Support facilitation of Readiness Check
h) Manage Approbation processDevelop an effective supplier management approach to access technology roadmap and advantaged supply
Customer claim handling
a) Accountable for Technical complaint handling with supplier (8D)
b) Take the lead to push internal team/supplier doing analysis and implement corrective action
c) Support CQM Ｏn provide technical/quality releated service to customer
Supplier Quality Management a) Support BU SQM to drive the execution of the supplier action plan and leads supplier Quality improvement projects.
b) Consolidation of supplier Quality data(New project related)
c) Identify Supplier Quality risk areas, feedback and work with BU SQM to solving the risks.
QMiP in series production a) Improvement of supplier performance and/or outgoing inspection to reduces Incoming inspection. b) Acts as first escalation level for incidents management. c) Communicates Supplier information and activities to the local organization
Supplier Quality processes a) Provides input and takes active part in defining the right Supplier Quality processes. b) Implementation of agreed processes and formats
Continuous improvement
Implement and control a continuous improvement process for all QMiP related guidelines, processes, methods and tools by benchmarking and best practice sharing programs. Ensure that in cases of QMiP target deviations appropriate improvement actions are initiated
Team Development
Create concrete training plans for team.
Requirements
? Degree in engineering is necessary
? Familiar with kinds of Quality Tools and Methods
? Knowledge and application of quality tools and methods such as:FMEA,APQP,8D,Q7 etc
? Knowledge and application audit process, like ISO 9001 / TS 16949, VDA 6.3
? Overall knowledge and understanding of the product life cycle, especially in regards of product planning and phase out.
? Working experience in the relevant field of Quality and New project quality management for a minimum of 10 years, at least 2 years of team leading experience
? Good communicator and skilled in both oral and written English
? Ability to communicate to an audience in an accurate, convincing and authentic way and to be able to prepare and present the essential facts for a specific (presentation) occasion.
? Ideally working experience with international teams for a minimum of 2 year
? Ideally working experience as QM auditor Supplier, System, Process audit
