A. Job briefing:
Manage and drive the manufacturing activities with internal teams and external OEM & ODM & Merchandise suppliers.

B. Responsibility:
1. NPI: Lead new products of building up A/B/C samples and Pilot Production in OEM&ODM
factories, keep Ｏn-Time-Delivery and Product-On-Cost.
- Evaluate production equipment and manufacturing capability of OEM&ODM factories.
- Support tester development and process formulation, such as SPI, AOI, P&P, Reflow, Wave Soldering, Laser marking, Silicone or Asphalt potting, Conformal coating, etc.
- Organize B/C Samples and Pilot Production in factories, drive them Ｏn schedule.
- Manage documents and transfer them to factories (BOM, TI, AI, Gerber, ZCR, ECN, etc.).
- Qualification of new equipment and processes for new products.
- VA evaluation and apply Make or Buy.

2. Productivity: Driver Value added improvement and support PPC&MCP activities.
- Organize productivity workshop or Kaizen event to reduce VA in factories.
- Plan new material trial run and validation for MCP/PPC in factories.
- Manage ZCR/ECN for new material or new suppliers.

3. Cooperation: Cooperate with internal departments and drive external suppliers.
- Benchmark Value-added among suppliers and drive them in the competitive position.
- Technical support Ｏn setting up and manage the manufacturing process, especially in the testing system development, buy-off and qualification.
- Documents management to suppliers such as BOM, Testing instruction, Assembly, etc., lead change to suppliers.
- Introduce TPM, LEAN and 6Sigma concepts into factories by organizing workshops and Kaizen Events in factories.
- Approve new auxiliary material such as glue, solder paste, solder wire, solder bar, flux, etc.
- Lead products relocation and Fixed asset management of material tooling.
- New suppliers scouting, coaching and development Ｏn manufacturing processes and production equipment.
- Qualification of new equipment and processes change in OEM & ODM & Merchandise suppliers.

4. Delivery: Monitor capacity of NPI and mass production lines.
- Production capacity evaluation and improvement during capacity shortage.
- Support suppliers Ｏn the flexible production line set up.

C. Requirements:
1. At least 5 years working experience in foreign company as NPI (new product introduction), testing or process engineers.
2. Familiar with VB, C# programming language.
3. Experience with MSA for test system setup, analysis & trouble shooting.
4. Good communication skills and cooperation ability with internal and external teams, good team player and self-motivation.
5. Ability to drive internal team and external suppliers Ｏn manufacturing activities.
6. There is the concept of value added about the indoor and outdoor products in the market.
