Process Engineer 工艺工程师

Responsibilities:

Drive a wide range of process projects: development, scale-up, process validation, and improvement (improved safety, cost, quality, capability, and capacity)
Apply problem-solving techniques to determine root cause, troubleshooting non-conforming products, raw materials, and components, and developing and implementing corrective and preventative action
Understand interaction & applying critical process parameters as it relates to product performance to ensure process reliability & Provide Process related input to risk assessments
Drive and/or executing data management in relevant systems: ensure data quality, support implementation of new systems, continuous improvement of existing systems
Handle document work according to guidelines and utilizing quality system tools
Engage in challenge and review to ensure robust technical work is executed & ensure stakeholders are informed of current work state and potential impact to their function
