ESPONSIBILITIES 工作职责:
Develop the new accounts to hit the sales target cross the area and meanwhile maintain the current clients.
主要职责为拓展北京区域的新客户,同时维护现有客户,达到销售目标;
-Analyze, search and collect potential clients’ information and build relationship
分析,搜集潜在客户资料并开展联络
-Visit potential clients
拜访潜在客户
-Conduct On site survey; determine the scope of pests and their act habit
勘察现场,确定有害生物的范围,并确定其行为方式
-Complete Risk Assessment and Price Calculation Table ba
根据当前的价格表完成风险评估和价格计算表格
-Report to client the pests detected, submit suggestion and provide proposal
向客户报告所发现的虫害,并提交建议,进行报价
-Keep good relationship with current client
维护现有客户的服务
-Make sure accounts receivable are paid On time according to the contract
按合同约定及时回收应收账款
-Actively deal with client complains and inquiries according to the company’s policy
按照公司的政策与标准,积极处理客户投诉及客户询价
REQUIREMENT 任职要求:
-College degree above and decent education background
***大专以上学历
-At least 3 year sales/service experience at a B to B platform, hygiene is highly a plus
B to B商业模式下,3年以上销售经验
-Working experience in MNC or hygiene industry is a big prefer
跨国企业工作经验或清洁卫生行业经验者尤佳
-Good communication and interpersonal skill
良好的沟通技巧
-Indecent, mature, enthusiastic for business
独立,成熟,有工作热情
