• Performs preventive and predictive maintenance plans to complete tasks according to schedule.

• Executes PM plan according to the CMMS Information. 根据CMMS系统制定的计划与日程完成执行PPM任务

• Completes related corrective maintenance jobs during shift time.在工作期间及时完成相关的维修工作

•  Works out maintenance records and reports related issues and updates in the CMMS.编制维修记录并报告相关的问题,并在CMMS系统记录

• Complies with SHE policy and ensures that maintenance jobs are finished under safety conditions. 遵守SHE政策，确保维护工作在安全条件下完成

• Complies with SOP and company policy. 遵守公司的规章制度和SOP

• Carries out patrols and reports any abnormal findings.执行设备巡查并报告异常状况

• Prepares maintenance activity reports and submits them to supervisor after finishing each activity.准备维修活动报告，并在每项活动完成后提交给主管

• Uses and maintains all tools in a proper condition. 使用和维护所有工具，使其处于适当的状态

• Assist maintenance supervisor to complete the inspection of special equipment and relevant regulations. 协助维修主管完成特种设备及法规相应的检验工作

• Be a member of HSE key team, but not limited to emergency, response team member, fork committee member etc. 作为HSE关键团队的成员，包括但不限于应急响应小组成员，叉委会成员等

• Perform preventive maintenance according to specialty, including but not limited to preventive maintenance of equipment, instrument calibration, instrument circuit testing, tool inspection, etc., and complete and standardize related records; Report the faults found in the inspection process and input them into the CMMS system to generate a new fault work order.按照专业的不同，执行预防性维修，包括但不限于设备的预防性保养，仪表的校验，仪表回路的测试，工具的检查等，完成并规整相关记录；并汇报检查过程中所发现的故障，将其输入到CMMS系统中生成新的故障工单

• On-call for perform emergency work and out of hours work.执行应急维修工件和非工作时间的工作

• Disseminates site-specific knowledge to contractors and on-site supervision of contractors.对协助维修的承包商传授现场的相关技术要点和对承包商现场的监督
