需具备家禽养殖设备行业经验

1.Work according to company targets and achieve goals as set.

按照公司目标工作并实现既定目标。

2.During product development and optimization，communication with suppliers, technical guidance, proofing, etc., and finally achieve the research and development goals. During the development of new products, actively provide technical support to other departments. 

做好产品研发和优化期间，与供应商的沟通、技术指导、打样等工作，并最终达到研发目标。新产品研发期间，积极为其他部门提供技术支持。 

3.Conduct analysis and prepare technical memoranda regarding the feasibility and profitability for each proposed project. 

对每个拟议项目的可行性和盈利能力进行分析并准备技术备忘录。

4.Conduct technical evaluations, for projects, suppliers responsible for collecting technical data from customers/projects. 对项目进行技术评估，负责从客户/项目收集技术数据。 

5.According to customer requirements, help formulate project plans, maintain technical support and follow up the project. 

根据客户要求，帮助制定项目方案，保持技术支持并跟进项目。

6.Liaising with sales and technical experts team in HQ.

与总部的销售和技术专家团队联络。  

7. Working along with company to promote business opportunities. Supporting marketing by attending conferences and other marketing events and making professional presentations. 

通过参加会议和其他营销活动及进行专业演讲来支持营销，促成合作。    

任职资格：    

1. 家禽养殖设备行业经验10年以上，并且有5年以上管理经验；了解中央输蛋带和鸡蛋分级处理设备者优先。    

2.本科及以上学历，机械、电气等相关专业。   

3.有新产品开发和产品性能提升的经验。    

4.会英语者优先。  

工作地点：青岛市城阳区
