法律顾问

主要岗位职责:

1. Contract Management, Trademark Management, Follow up disputed cases (Litigation, Arbitration and outstanding payment);

2. Draft and review a full range of commercial and legal documents;

3. Provide legal advice, analyze and support to all internal departments and overseas offices Ｏn multi-national jurisdictions;

4. Supervise corporate compliance in different jurisdictions with internal policies and external licensing and regulatory requirements;

5.  Liaise with external professionals and other regulatory bodies; 

任职资格要求：

1. Law degree holder from a recognized university;

2. Qualified lawyer admitted to China Mainland bar or in any other jurisdiction is preferred;

3. Preferably an in-house legal counsel with experience gained from the telecommunications industry as well as experience and knowledge in best practices related to legal and compliance matter;

4. Excellent negotiation, written and oral communications skills with different levels of people including senior management;

5.  Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
