原材料采购主管/经理

1、 Leading production material purchasing team and drive for saving.
2、 Support Global production material purchasing team for China sourcing, auditing, negotiation activities.
3、 Develop & implement LNF production material procurement plan according the production plan & stocks after approval.
4、 Analyze the production material market development & implement Timing of the Buy (ToB) strategy. Collect data and information to project future prices (e.g.: key trends in demand and supply, currency, etc.)
5、 Assist department manager to prepare yearly/mid-term price budget or forecast for production material.
6、 Prepare RFQ documents, price comparison and negotiation with suppliers.
7、 Make POs and follow up it closely, improve materials quality & Ｏn time delivery, communicate with suppliers and internal departments.
8、 Manage relationship with the suppliers and facilitate the supplier audit & annual supplier performance evaluation process with the support of SHE/ Quality/Production/Logistic departments.
9、 Monitor and ensure inventory accuracy, and adjust volume of PO if necessary to ensure safety and reasonable stock. 10、Increase the supplier pool to maximize price competition and leverage.
11、 Assistant department manager to driving for continue improvement in purchase area.
12、Other tasks temporarily arranged by line manager
岗位要求:
At least 10 years material purchasing and sourcing experience, multinational company experience is preferred
10年以上原材料采购经验，跨国公司工作经验优先
Good communication skills and powerful negotiate ability较强的沟通技巧，强大的谈判能力
Good planning, organization and coordination skills良好的计划组织协调能力
Rigorous and meticulous, strong sense of responsibility, keen insight严谨细致，责任心强，敏锐的洞察力
Fluency in spoken & written English中英文口语及书写流利
Skilled in procurement with SAP熟练使用SAP进行采购
Chemical Industry experience is a plus 有化工行业经验者优先
