Job Responsibilities:
1. Build up long-term relationship with middle- to high-level management staff within our clients
2.Identify and develop new opportunities for Fujifilm service offerings
3.Maximize Fujifilm’s document share at existing accounts by using Fujifilm service offerings to improve clients’ working effectiveness and efficiency continually
4.Be responsible for generating total billing revenue for clients and focus On service annuity growth
5.Work closely with other sales and service teams and develop appropriate account strategies
6.Work closely with Account Managers and resolve customer problems timely
7.Work closely with Sales Support team and Operation team to ensure faultless implementation of contracts
8.Meet customer requirements and improve customer satisfaction rate
9.Fully understand the importance of Sales Quality Improvement and sales handbook
10.Insure all direct sales behavior 100% follow company direction, discipline and process
11.Work as the owner of account receivable collection.
Job Requirements:
1. University graduate or above
2. 3 years experience in Selling outsourcing or global service in the technical services industry
3. Account Management skill to lead a countrywide case.
4. Knowledge of Outsourcing Service Product.
5. Advanced Solution Selling Skill
6. Advanced presentation skill
7. Advanced Skills including the ability to implement the appraisal processes and conduct meetings
8. Good working knowledge of company policies, regulations, and procedures.
9. Able to function effectively in a challenging, fast-paced, goal oriented environment
10.Advanced skills in conflict resolution and interpersonal communication
