1. Achieve the yearly targets which will be setup together with Management

2. Build a strong pipeline in company’s system
在公司系统中建立强大的渠道
3. Build up and maintain a pipeline in company’s system in accordance with company guidelines
按照公司指南建立和维护公司系统中的渠道客户
4. Minimum sales meetings per week, as per company guidelines (subject to change)
根据公司指南,每周最少召开相应的销售会议(可能会发生变化)
5. Gain new business and new trade lanes, new business model.
获得新的业务和新的航线、业务模式
6. Cold call and focus On developing big direct client.
推销电话以及注重发展较大的直客
7. All activities On new, existing and potential customers including service lines、business model must be listed in company’s system
必须在公司系统中列出有关新客户,现有客户和潜在客户的所有活动,包括服务航线和业务模式
8. Plan sales activities in advance so ensure efficient and effective time management.
提前计划销售活动,以确保高效和有效的时间管理。
9. Weekly presentation of pipeline and activities using company’s system (dashboard) to management
每周使用公司的系统进行客户的管理。
10. List account information, contact details, meeting schedules, opportunities and service lines as well as visiting reports in accordance with company guidelines.
根据公司准则列出帐户信息,联系方式,会议时间表,机会和服务热线以及客户拜访报告。
11. Establish strong relationships to customers as well as colleagues
与客户和同事建立牢固的关系
12. Submit monthly expense reports in accordance with company guidelines
根据公司准则提交每月报销
13. Responsible for assisting in collecting of payment from customers in accordance with company guidelines
负责协助按照公司准则从客户处收取款项
14. Share relevant market intelligence with product and sales management to ensure consistent competitiveness
与产品和销售管理共享相关的市场情报,以确保持续的竞争力
15. Involvement of product specialists, customers service, RDMs or/and management.
与产品专家,客服,研发管理或/和管理人员一起参与。
