网络工程师（Network Engineer）

Job Description
Manage network service desk tickets and requests in North Asia region. Typical work comprises configuration of hardware, troubleshooting networking issues, creation and modification of DNS entries, circuit upgrade process and ad hoc projects and requests. You are an integral member of the team that ensures the effective management of technology, systems and keeps us operating efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Support regional & global projects and programs
Immediate first responder to address networking issues for North Asia region
First point of contact for MPLS and internet circuit upgrade projects and network related troubleshooting
Support network troubleshooting in branch offices, warehouses, and RDCs
Deployment of RF networks, cloud-based PBX systems and SDWAN
Support Circuit Optimization & Cost Control
Support network hardware deployment and licensing
Proactive monitoring of network bandwidth utilization and health
Qualifications
Network Engineer
Bachelor degree or comparable work experience
Experience in Enterprise level WAN administration
Experience designing and administering network environments
Experience with Big-IP LTM/GTM configuration
Experience with Windows and UNIX operating systems
Cisco wireless configuration and troubleshooting experience
CCNA/CCNP certifications
Experience with SD-WAN configurations
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Associate Network Administrator.
Associate Network Administrator
2 years of relevant experience with minimum CCENT qualification
Strong aptitude for technology
Basic network troubleshooting techniques
Basic understanding of Network technologies
Good knowledge of LAN & WAN
Responsive to coaching & mentoring
