Responsibility:
1. In charge of recruitments from the definition of needs to induction program of new employees
2. Prepare recruitment plan and HC budget.
3. Ensure the recruitment projects to be carried out On time according to the annual recruitment plan.
4. Follow up the Newcomer Integration Standard Guide project.
5. Optimize the department’s resources through organization development and IP & TD tools development
6. Organization development ba
7. Follow up career discussion in needed.
8. Appraisal method improvement and follow up.
9. Follow up all the reports & TD KPI from ND & RO & BG HR group
10. Report: GPS, turnover, 5AXES, China People Review, CDA business group report ect..
11. TD KPI (turnover rate of the IDL/DL/MP, recruitment completion rate and so On)
Qualifications
1. Education: Bachelor degree or above, majored in human resources
2. Above 3 years experience in human resources, recruitment experience is must
3. Good sense and positive attitude
4. Familiar with office software
5. Can work under pressure
6. Language: Good command of English
