运输专员

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES


1. Complete daily distribution plan and make sure transportation safety
在确保运输安全的情况下，完成公司每日的配送计划

2. Ensure driver’s driving behavior and tanker operation to comply with company requirements, such as defensive driving requirements, standard filling operation procedure, vehicle check report, etc.
确保司机驾驶行为和车辆操作符合公司要求，如防御性驾驶、标准储罐充装操作规程，车辆检查
流程等.
3. Control driver daily/weekly working and driving time as company’s requirement and ensure driver to be good situation in the work.
按公司规定控制司机日、周工作和驾驶时间，确保司机有良好的工作状态

4. Organize driver’s BSP activity and improve driver’s safety awareness.
组织司机BSP活动，不断提升司机安全意识

5. Work with DST to make annual driver training plan and ensure all training to be completed Ｏn time. Make corrective actions for high risk driver and ensure these actions to be completed.
配合DST制定年度司机培训计划，并确保所有培训按时完成。针对高风险司机，制定纠正措施，并确保完成。

6. Ensure vehicle situation to comply with government and company’s requirements. Complete vehicle license inspection in time as government requirements.
确保车辆状况及安全附件符合政府和公司的要求。按规定时间完成政府要求各种审验项目

7. Ensure drivers to complete VCR procedure and work with fleet maintenance team to improve vehicle safety and reliability
确保司机完成车辆检查程序，和车辆维修团队配合提高车辆的安全性和可靠性

8. Cooperated with scheduling center to improve the delivery efficiency and service.
配合调度中心提高行程计划的可执行性，同时提高配送效率，改善配送服务。

9. Distribution cost control including fuel cost, toll fee, and filling loss.
配送成本管理，包括燃油成本，路桥费用，和充装损耗


JOB REQUIREMENTS


1. 3 years or more experience in logistics or distribution industry. It is preferred if owning fleet and driver management
3年物流或者配送行业经验，如果有车队和司机管理经验更佳

2. Good teamwork spirit and communication skill
